During the molding process,heat and pressure are accurately controlled and monitored in the composite curing ovens.Each carbon rim takes almost 30 steps in process and needs 7 days from start to finish.
We have a strict quality check and record in each step.Five times QC will be requested during the whole process.
The First Time Quality Control
During the rim layup process,our technicians need to check the rim weight before the molding process.
The Second Time Quality Control
We have to inspect the rim appearance and air leakage test after before CNC Machining process.
The Third Time Quality Control
Our technicians need to inspect the hole angle,rim appearance,the residue.
The Fourth Time Quality Control
All rims are 100% inspected and visual checked after sanding process.
The Fifth Time Quality Control
The final final inspection before packing.
